7-14-04 Fourth week in Beijing

Hey
I'm still playing soccer ... that's the most exciting thing so far!! I think it's because I actually talk to people here and not just people in my group. Yesterday when I went out and was trying to figure out which game to go in, someone yelled towards me to come and play on their team..which was nice! Also they talk to me now...and recognize me! (we started a new class today and one of the guys in our class knows me from it).
Anyway tonight we're taking an overnight train to Xian to see the Terracotta soldiers. We leave tonight around 6ish and come back EARLY Monday morning before class starts! We only have 4 people going (3 girls, 1 guy) and no Chinese speakers so this will be very interesting.
A lot of people are going to inner-Mongolia which I think would be fun too but there are a lot of people going (and I want to go to real Mongolia!).
